            ~Booking Policies~
 

Appointments:

• Service appointments will be denied until a consultation is completed to assess your hair.

• All consultations are $25 and non-refundable.

• A consultation form must be completed upon Approval of consultation.

• All service requests require two weeks’ notice.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

• All booking cancellations and reschedules require 48-hour notice.

• rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances will be granted a one time rebooking at a later date and at the stylist discretion.

• cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Payments:

• Upon approval of consultation, you will be required to pay the $25 non-refundable fee within 24hrs of confirmation or it will automatically be denied.

• All other services will require a 50% deposit within 14 days of scheduled date. Full balance due 24 hours prior to date of scheduled service.

• All deposits, including the consultation fee will go towards services.

• all payments are currently accepted through zelle. more payment options coming soon.

Traveling Fee:

• Any location outside of 20 miles from Delaware County will accrue a $35 non-refundable fee.
